Elle-Mai Nablsy, died peacefully at home in her sleep, 16th October 2007 aged six years
Loved by mummy, daddy, eanna, zack, and everybody who met her and saw that wonderful smile.........
Elle-mai was born many weeks prematurely weighing just 1lb 6oz and became a 'little star' overnight.
She suffered from cerebral palsy and heart and lung problems but had a fighting spirit that touched everybody who knew her.
We had six wonderful years with elle mai and since we moved to somerset from burnley a year ago, elle had settled well into her new life and had made lots of friends, a happier child you couldnt meet.
she was sent to earth to teach me something and i think everybody she met she taught so much. I wouldnt change a thing about her except to wish that she didnt suffer the pain she was regularly in.
we kept elle of school on the 16th october as she had a slight sniffle. she spent a lovely day watching 'the ice princess' which she loved as she loved dancing and ice skating and we put her to bed as normal. when we woke on tuesday morning elle had died i her sleep. She looked so peaceful like all her worries had left her behind, and although i didnt notice at the time, when we saw her again the day after, she also looked like she was smiling.
Elle mai has left us with so many memories (including shoplifting and pinching mens bottoms in asda!!!!!!!) and we will never ever forget them or her.
